    UNISON Conferences

UNISON's policy is formed at it's conferences.

We have regional conferences 3 times a year which help form policy at a regional level and then once a year we hold national conferences.

There is a conference for each service group within UNISON to form policy for that group, eg, Local Government, Health, Police, Gas, Further Education and Water and then there is a National Delegate Conference where delegates from all services groups attend where motions and policy across the sectors is formed.

This year the National conferences were in Bournemouth from June 18th to June 23rd.

The Branch also has a number of members who are elected onto South West Regional Committee, South West Communication Committee, South West Regional Council.

The Branch also has a delegate to South West TUC
