Heart-wrenching New Book Launches in Taunton. Forsaken is very real and very raw; featuring five ordinary women with five extraordinary experiences of life. It is heart-wrenching and you may feel an overwhelming desire to hold them and take away their pain. This book cannot fail to express what many women feel has been inexpressible for many years.
Forsaken Taunton is a charity that considers itself neither Pro Choice nor Pro Life but Pro Women. They are committed to supporting women and their families who have suffered Post Abortive Syndrome and to inform others about the reality of this condition.

The Regional Women’s Committee launched an information pack at the Regional Council last Saturday. It has been developed by the women on the Committee as part of the Million voices campaign and in recognition of the impact the recession and public services’ cuts are having on women. It offers some advice to women and contacts for more detailed advice. The Factsheet from the National Campaign is included at the back which suggests other actions for the campaign as well as how to sign up to the campaign
